Service provider told what they see from their call logs. It turned out if dialled a number containing asterisk, then only that portion of number is sent to provider which precedes an asterisk. For example if I dial 123*456, then the service provider would see only 123. Hence not possible to call certain numbers.
Note that this ticket is continuation from here. There were/are two bugs that are similar. One was related with hash-code which was fixed in 1.0.4.20, this bug is related to asterisk-code. Here suggested to open separate ticket for that.
