autodisconnect cell.data/wifi/BT after inactivity

It would be nice to have a feature that automagically disconnects cellular data and/or bluetooth and/or WLAN connection after some user-defined inactivity timeout. User should be able to define what connections are affected by this service (e.g. I'd like to use it for wlan & cellular data, but not for BT).

Like autodisconnect on N900, it was excellent, but this could be built-in feature in the OS (configured from Settings).
