HowTo: 50 ways to silence the Clock alarm

Ok, not 50 ways, but the ways known so far. When the alarm has gone off and the alarm screen is visible:

  1. Pull buttom-to-top: Dismiss alarm (i.e. stop for now).
  2. Pull top-to-bottom: Snooze (i.e. silence temporarily to have the alarm restarting after 5 min).
  3. Swipe bottom-to-top: Dismiss alarm (i.e. stop for now).
  4. Swipe left-to-right: Snooze (i.e. silence temporarily to have the alarm restarting after 5 min).
  5. Swipe right-to-left: Snooze (i.e. silence temporarily to have the alarm restarting after 5 min).
  6. Swipe top-to-bottom (closes the alarm screen, alarm is still sounding, home screen appears), open Clock, deactivate the alarm currently sounding: Dismiss alarm.
  7. Long-press power button (Jolla handset switches off): Dismiss alarm.
(Wait a minute before switching it on again, otherwise the alarm may go off again as soon as the corresponding timer has started.)
  8. Remove TOH and battery (the hard way): Dismiss alarm.
  9. Hit your device hard (device breaks into pieces, the even harder way): Dismiss alarm.

Note on snoozing

Alarm may not sound again in case the display is on at the time when it should sound and the Clock app is not in foreground (i.e. if Clock app is in cover or closed).
