[1.0.4.20] The browser don't ask what connection to choose when they are closed.
When all the connections are closed, in versions lower than 1.0.4.20, the browser ask to choose between mobile data or wifi. With 1.0.4.20, this is not asked anymore, then we need to manually activate a connection using the parameters page to use the browser.
