settings app and fingerterm atm don't follow the orientation wrt gestures .

settings Settings app and fingerterm atm don't follow the orientation wrt edge gestures .(aka, the swipe from top close, the side-swipes and the bottom swipe).

For most apps this works and follows rotation, but not for fingerterm and settings app.

personally, i'm ok with their rotation, but it should be consistent...

(some apps (dialer: so that answering the phone can be done blindly ) should not rotate, but that's another matter)
