Bitmap (.BMP) handling
1) Gallery seems to open bitmap files, but is unable to zoom them. However, when tapping to open sharing dialog, bitmpa is zoomed to window width.
2) xdg-open does not know how to open .bmp -files.
$ xdg-open 1.bmp
no default action for the given PARAMS
