Media player should remember latest playlist

Each time I open Media player, it has no playlist loaded and puts me in the song/album/artist selection list. I would prefer if it remembered where it was last time, including the playlist, what song was playing and where in the song it was, and just resumed from that position when I click play.

Can the Media player should be made to remember the latest playlistplaylist?
