We have moved to a new Sailfish OS Forum. Please start new discussions there.

Considering that the current UI of the Jolla device is closed source (at this moment), would you as community consider supporting alternate UI efforts for your Jolla device?
I am asking this because I and many other are currently developing a UI, not just for Jolla but as an alternate OS for N9. The UI is called Glacier and you can find the components and source code repositories from here and here.
Currently the components effort is quite immature but that did not prevent the development of the homescreen for example. One can help the Glacier effort by either developing for it or just seeding the images we release from time to time (no images for the Jolla device). We also need graphic designers and documentation help as well.
Our headquarters are currently located at FreeNode IRC, channel #nemomobile, come and say hello :)
