12 hour clock on lock/home/alarm screens should not have leading zero
When your system is set to 12-hour clock, times are displayed on the home/lock screen and in the clock app with a leading zero which shouldn't be there. Note that when setting times using the circular clock face UI (and generally in the calendar app), the time is displayed correctly.
