now that MMS has been implemented it's time to turn it off...

for some people, MMS is just way to expensive and we will never send any, and it would be better to just disable sending MMS completely,

and more importantly, remove the option with sharing, so that more room is available for other sharing methods.

Thus, please have a settings option under mobile data to disable sending MMS, which will remove the MMS option from sending text, sharing, etc... (but still receive it, since that doesn't cost me anything)
