The setting, under "Shortcuts", for enabling the close action when swiping down has an unclear reference. I read it as one enabled/disabled the gesture "swipe down" altogether, but in reality only the action "close" when swiping down is enabled/disabled, the application is still minimized. A better wording, in my view, would be something like "Enable close on swipe down", with an explanatory text that is more explicit what the setting does (without being vague by using words like "can be used").
