who else has to aim super-carefully near the borders of the display?

I must admit my hands are often a bit shaky, so this might be not much of an issue for others, especially for people with smaller fingertips: When typing, especially "a" or "q" (in a german keyboard layout, anyway the leftmost keys) often result in a little peek to cover view. Also, when browsing, smaller buttons located in the upper corners, most notably in Youtube and Facebook mobile sites, are really hard to hit and I have to try several times with my big finger. In few places, I tapped an area next to a button, but the button was triggered, even though my finger was definitely touching the screen outside that button. This is were I miss a good old resistive display. There's no way to get that kind of precision on a capacitive one.
