Indicate which apps are Android in phone launcher
I would like an indication on the in-phone icon, like in the Jolla Store, to see which apps are Android apps when I launch them. Since Android apps behave rather differently than Sailfish apps (for example they share a single cover and have a completely different security model), it is useful to know which apps are Android apps and which ones are not before starting it. I have discovered that I have too many apps to remember for certain if one of my less used ones is an Android or Sailfish app.
