disabled android audio when native app plays

The bug can be reproduced in the following scenario: - run android app producing audio (tested with AntennaPod and/or ForeverMap) - start QuickRadio

==> Quick radio takes the audio output, the other podcast player nor navigation is able to play any audio.

In this constellation I cannot listen to radio while navigating.

Problem noticed after update (preceded by complete reset of the device) to 1.0.5.16
