Add possibility to change the picture/video quality inside camera app without going to settings and change quality there. Chance to change for example aspect ratio and video quality in both front and rear cameras.

Few basic quality settings also for front and rear camera including 2 Mpx support for rear camera which is now only 1 Mpx and 0,3 Mpx.
