It would be nice, if instead of simply powering off the device the power button would have the following features:
1) Short press: lock/unlock device (as is atm) 2) 2-3 second press: a dialogue to reboot or shutdown the phone 3) 7+ second press or something (long enough to avoid unintentional shutdowns): force power off
This would be elegant and remove the need for a sepparate app to achieve this functionality.
