[BUG] Swiping form top when clock alarm sounds hides the silence/suspend option
Actual: 1) Clock alarm sounds 2) Swipe from the top 3) Alarm options for silence/suspend gets closed, alarm still active (swiping from side silences the alarm) 4) To turn off the alarm unlock the device, navigate to clock app, enable the same alarm
Expected: Alarm gets snoozed or silenced
