I ran in a qt bug where you are all for a sudden unable to sync your imap (it just stops in between) VDVsx said it will be fixed in [7]

I ran in a qt bug where you are all for a sudden unable to sync your imap (it just stops in between) VDVsx said it will be fixed in [7]
for now the only solution is to hard-delete the account and set it up again.
