[BUG] File download remorse timer does not finish
When a file is being downloaded from browser the remorse timer appears giving the ability to stop the ongoing transfer.
If the file is downloaded faster than the timer finishes remorse is replaced by the finished download notification.
I believe the remorse timer should have preference over the download notification. In fact the download should never finish before the remorse finishes.
