sub menu above long press position

Sub menus will be opened below the long press position and the entries are partly hided by your finger or thumb. What do you think of opening the menu above?

Update.

But even worse is the picture for SMS. On the tap the message itself slides above and menu appears right under you tap. So one of the option may get selected after menu appears and you can accidentally choose wrong action. I already did it more than once for real messages not only for test :)

So there are two issues:

  1. Inconsistency between different (but identical) part of OS.
  2. Danger of accidental delete.

Suggestion of topicstarte will solve both issues. Except the case when tapped item is on the top of the screen. On the screenshot below you can see that menu can be unavailable at all in this case.
