[Bug] Launcher icon gets left behind if dragged too enthusiastically
STR: - Create folder - Long press to enable edit - Quickly grab an icon and try to drag it out of the folder
When dragging icons inside the folder quickly the position of finger and dragged icon do not correlate and in the case of folders can prevent user from successfully removing an icon from folder.
