show actual phone number, not only contact name, while calling
it would be useful to see real phone number in the "calling" screen. At the moment Contact name is shown, then "Dialing" message and options "speaker, dialpad, ..." but no number.

update: contact number still not shown in SFOS v2.1.2.3
