On the main page of the settings app (where you can put the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth/... switches), if you quickly swipe up, the page will bounce. This seems like a bug.

Edit: still in the latest update. I noticed it also happens when you quickly swipe up on the WLAN connection pop up, when there are only three (or less) connections available.

I've noticed this happening in some other cases as well, what happens is the following: a page that has less, or at least not more, than 1 full page of contents can be swiped up (like if there was more content below), and then it immediately bounces back. I don't think it happens on all pages like this, but it's very easy to reproduce in the Settings app as described above.
Persists in 1.1.1.27.
