Send CalDAV calenard entry on creation

Currently (1.0.7.16) new CalDAV calendar events are only synced to the CalDAV server at the synchronisation interval set up in the accounts setting. (I'm using ownCloud here)

I think it would be better if it can be sent to the server (no full synchronisation required, I guess...) once it's created, so that other clients will see that event right away.

Edit: yes, I agree to koudi's comment, all changes should be sent immediately as well (create, modify, delete)
