[Bug] Jolla believes there is an ongoing call

After rejecting a call I sometimes get my Jolla to a state where it believes there is an ongoing call (it's visible in the starting screen with a green phone icon and the text "1 call ongoing") but I'm unable to finish it or remove the notification. I've tried quitting all active programs, etc. I have to reboot the phone to get rid of the notification.

A more serious part of the issue is that I am also unable to make phonecalls! I only get the "phonecall failed" together with the network tone saying the same thing "three beeps in Sweden".

I'm on Sailfish 1.0.7.16 and using Swedish Tele2 with 4G network.
