The new web shortcuts in launcher (available via Browser -> Add to Launcher) don't behave as they should.

How to reproduce:

1. Open the browser
2. Open a website (for example http://jolla.com )
3. Add it to Launcher (Add to Launcher)
4. Open a different website (for example http://talk.maemo.org )
5. Launch the previously created shortcut from the Launcher

What should happen:

• The first website (http://jolla.com) should open in a new window (preferred behavior) or a new tab.

What happens instead:

• A new blank windows launched with 'Loading...' text on its cover and closes after few seconds.
• The view switches to the original browser window and redirects the current tab to the shortcut's website ( http://jolla.com ).
• You lose whatever you currently opened in the browser (i.e. http://talk.maemo.org )
