I can't find a way to reproduce these bugs, because they are somewhat random and erratic.
Let's say I'm connected through SSH and transfer (SCP) a lot of PDF files to /home/nemo/Documents folder. "A lot" means 10 or more.
When I open Documents app in the phone, it seems it takes some time to display them. When it's finished, some files are not recognized. It's not that they are corrupt or something like that: if I empty documents folder and transfer again those "buggy" files, they are displayed and I can open them.
Also, if I delete (rm *.pdf) some files, according to Documents app they are still there.
It's very odd. Seems like Documents app was unable to handle "a lot" of files.
