Add animated arrows to incoming-call screen for intuitivity

Accepting (or declining) a call could be more intuitive for people who are not aware of Jolla's UI concept. Anyone who has been in a hand-over situation like "Oh, it's ${someone} calling, could you just pick it up?" has probably seen their friends trying to tap on the green phone icon, and then to swipe left-to-right as they are use to do on their Android phones. While this is not a problem when you are standing next to the scene and can advice to swipe down, it could be unfortunate if you forgot/lost your phone somewhere and then try to call it, hoping for a honest person to pick up. In this situation you wish that anyone is able to answer the call, even people who have never seen a Jolla or even a smartphone before.

To cut a long story short: my previous (Android) phones had animated arrows indicating how to pick up an incoming call. I think a similar hint would be a good thing to have. The current up-and-down-movement of the screen does not add too much intuitivity, IMHO.
