Text to Speech (TTS) service and API

It would be good if there would be Text to Speech (TTS) service in Sailfish. It would make it possible to create applications which are more accessible for thr visually impaired people. Ofcourse TTS would be useful for the other users too. It would be nic if eaplicationss could eg. notify user using spoken text when needed. TTS is also required by screen readers like Orca.

There should be an API which developers could use in their applications.

One possible solution is to port eSpeak, and maybe Speech Dispatcher too, to Sailfish. eSpeak is available on desktop Linux and it supports nultiple languages.
