I remember that the issue has been mentioned here on Jolla Together, but it does not seem to be a thread of its own: While being abroad, the device suddenly shuts down quite often. It does not need to have mobile data connection enabled. Quite often it occurs briefly after starting an Android app, but it can also happen randomly "out of the blue" without any particular action (even with the screen being dark and no apps or just the Sailfish Settings app running). The device runs stable in the car: When it is connected to an in-car charger. Therefore, I expect it is related to battery power consumption -- sometimes even the charging symbol appears after shut down, although the battery may be charged to more than 90%. While roaming, I experience sudden shut-downs much more often (>10/day) than while being in the home network (where it almost disappeared with 1.0.7).

System configuration: I have observed it first with 1.0.6 (but did not relate it to roaming). Meanwhile I updated to 1.0.7.16 and 1.0.8 but downgraded to and observe the shut-downs with 1.0.7.16 again. (I do not expect that the problem has been solved with 1.0.8).
