Add speed dialing via pulley

Add the option to choose a function, such as calling or sending a message (more importantly Mitäkuuluu message) to someone or a group (if it's Mitäkuuluu) - from the lock screen pulley menu. This could be a viable alternative to having to open People from the pulley and then continuing, etc.

This could be useful for instances like this: -I'm waiting for someone at the train station and I need to call them fast. I just assign them to the speed dial and voila, connecting people - faster.
