Oops, cannot display thumbnail
I have this on some videos on gallery. While i know this could be because of messed up tracker databases, in my case i think it is just because of unrecognized video formats by thumbnailer, though videos play fine.
My point is, this text is so intrusive to an eye, maybe there should be beautified blank graphic placeholder instead. I think this should look a bit less 'broken' when browsing gallery.
