Something strange happened to me a few times since the latest update with the cover of the Phone app: the font for the names displayed on the cover was much bigger than usually and there were no cover action buttons on the cover. Closing the app and opening it again solved the problem.

Today a similar thing happened with the Settings app. The cover did not show the toggle buttons but just plain text "settings". I did a photo of this strange situation:

Opening the app and swipe to cover (in both direction) did not solve the problem. Closing the app and opening it again solved it.

This has never happened to me before the 1.0.8.19 update.
