lock-screen pulley-menu defaults

The default set of entries in the lock-screen's pulley-menu should be like the ones in the beginning (where we were unable to change them with settings), there is no point in having one shortcut with a new device or after a reset to factory defaults.

Revert lock-screen pulley-menu defaults

The In the recent SailfishOS updates the lock-screen pulley-menu has been set to only show Silent by default.

When SailfishOS was released the default set of entries shortcuts in the lock-screen's lock-screen pulley-menu should was set to Settings-Phone-Camera-Silent.

If the old default settings was revered it would be easier for new users to discover how SailfishOS and it's UI concepts like the ones in pulley-menu works as they would discover the beginning (where we were unable to change them with settings), there is no point in having one shortcut with a new device or after a reset to factory defaults.predefined lockscreen shortcuts and corresponding settings.
