Nexus4, remove sailfish, no recovery

Hi, I installed the last sailfish image for nexus4, now that multirom manager supports sailfish I want to comepletely reset my nexus4 and go back to android. Everywhere i see "reboot to recovery" but:

volume down + volume up + poweron = vibrate -> black screen -> nothing happens

Is there a way to make the device visible from adb? Any other method to go back to android?

thank you!
