Jolla slows down after week of uptime

So something in kernel, drivers or wayland is likely causing this: after about a week of uptime Jolla will start slowing down a bit. Double tapping to wake gets less reliable. Opening media player, gallery or using camera has noticeable glitches and twitches, music playback has these pauses as well. Don't know what is causing this but reboot helps. 'Fine tooth comb' with JTAG debugger or other tracing tools could show where the extra delays are coming from but I've not been able to debug further on the road and on Jolla's console.

I'm using 2G mode usually. Airplane mode often. Switching wlan and 2G/gprs on/off manually. Playing music with a head set. Etc. I can't see which usage pattern is causing the delays but feels like shutting down the camera app helps for a moment or two.
