bug device-lock prevents usb-mode-chooser
When device is locked and then connected to a PC by USB the device-lock screen pops up and it starts charging. USB-mode-chooser was not showing and is not showing after entering lock-code.

When device is locked and then connected to a PC by USB the device-lock screen pops up and it starts charging. USB-mode-chooser was not showing (good thing) and is not showing (bad thing)after entering lock-code.
