The wifi isn't what it's used to be. When I got the phone, there were some issues regarding to wifi. Lost connection issues, which got addressed, connecting to enterprise networks, which got addressed but I'm not satisfied with wifi. When I got the phone, about ten months ago, I think battery usage was <1%/hour, now it's 2~5% per hour, wifi was faster than 3G and more stable.
Now I have these issues: Losing wifi-connection (wifi-sign with star) and not switching back, so I've got a lot of missed messages. Losing internet (wifi connection established) overnight/weak signal. Really annoying, because you don't see it, until requesting internet-connection. This results also in missed messages. Batterydrain: there's no change in battery usage with wifi against 3G (and it was in the beginning) Back heats up (near camera): When using wifi for a longer time or intensively, the back of the phone gets noticeably warmer. Speed: I'd rather use 3G, because the speed and connection is more reliable than wifi. Only reason to use wifi is the monthly dataplan of mobile subscription.
All these problems are not really remarkable, but they are present. I'd love the updates you're bringing out Jolla, but please let us love it more with solving the real problems.
