[Bug]Charging problem
When the battery is not full, I plug in the charger, the phone reminds me charger plugged in. But in Settings |Battery, it shows "Battery state full", and the charger doesn't work. I have to replugin the USB connecter to solve the problem. Is this a hardware problem or a software problem?
