I noticed there's this guy who asked 1 question, didn't give any answers or comments, didn't do much of anything, but got 95 votes on that one question and thus has karma nearing 1000 giving him rights to delete answers or whatever, even though he didn't really collaborate much.
perhaps having some kind of max limit on how much one question upvoting can actually give you? (something like upvoting karma is only given for the first 10 upvotes?)
50 karma only for upvotes for one question seems to be more realistic vs the levels required to help remove duplicates and edit questions etc...
i mean, answers are more important than questions anyway, (though i'd give the same limit to answers anyway)
