Should the next phone have built-in ANT+ hardware?

I rephrase this question because it is specific to the next phone.

Someone suggested creating an ANT+ Other Half, and while that is OK for the current phone which does not have the hardware, it is not ideal because then you need to pay for an ANT+ chip in every different coloured TOH that you want, and some third party TOH that you way want to use may not have it.

I think it is more important to have every kind of wearable support possible (including for devices that have existed since years ago) than creating a wearable device yourself.

Note that ANT+ can be also found integrated together with WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS in a chip.

Samsung has many phones with this capability. Also Sony (since Ericsson).
