One thing that I think would much improve the ability of the pulleys would be to stop on the last entry. What I mean is, if you pull the menudown it goes beyond the last entry (e.g. "Settings"). If it would just stop ON Settings I could pull infinitely with one finger and select the entry without proper adjustement or even blind. Not sure if I am explaining it right, but it's alike the edge of a desktop PC screen. You just throw the mouse at it, or in our case the finger. There is no benefit having the pulley to overpull, but making it stop on the last / highest entry could add additional value as you would essentially have a item that you can reach just by pulling down without carefully selecting.
