Every now and then, clicking "Open" or "Copy" will cause following the screen to black out. After a short while (second(s)), the notification led starts rapidly blinking green, meaning the UI is unresponsive. After another few seconds, I'm presented with the lock screen, and upon entering the unlock code I find myself in the launcher view with none of the apps I had running open.

This happens so often URL grabber is basically unusable.
