Call UI sometimes won't show up on outgoing call
When I start a call from the contacts app, sometimes, it happens that the call UI does not show up. Instead I keep seeing the contact, I called. This has the unpleasant side effect that I cannot abort the call anymore.
Starting the phone app explicitly does not help because it only shows the recent call list as if no call was active.
