Any senseful use planned for Lock Screen ?

Firing up my Jolla gives me a big screen called "lock Screen" with a nice background picture, but almost no senseful information ..

I do not see informations I really need like

  • battery status
  • signal strength of mobile network
  • SSID connected to

... I do see so called "notifications" without any relevant information like

  • missed call but no clue who called (additional interaction required)
  • SMS but no clue who sent (additional interaction required)
  • etc.

I do understand, that some people love things like "clear design" even if it's of no use, or do not want to display "private" informations directly on the lock screen - for me who's using the phone as a permanent tool for work and privately, this "Lock Screen" is a permanent nuisance due to its uselessness ...
