So. I received my brand new Jolla today. I set it all up, put the apps on etc. and attempted to update the OS. However, the OS would not update stating an error with the store (can't remember exact error message). I tried updating a few times but it always gave the same error message. So I thought I'd turn off the phone and turn it back on to try again. But the phone won't turn back on. It shows the Jolla logo on screen and then gives a black screen that won't do anything. I tried everything in this: [https://jolla.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/202208763] guide using my Windows PC and still nothing. Any help appreciated. I'd just like to actually get it up and running.

Which looks as though it might help. I'll try it tonight when I get back from work.
