Allow setting vibration for UI and profiles separately

At the moment there are these settings available, but if I have haptic feedback on, and vibration on silent mode only, silent mode overrides the other setting. It would be nice if it didn't override it, so I would get haptic feedback on e.g. pulley menus while I have silent profile on.
