Sync contacts and calendar with Calypso CalDAV/CardDAV server?
Has anybody tried and succeeded in using the git based Calypso CalDAV+CardDAV server (open source) to sync the contacts and the calendar with?

The big advantage over OwnCloud seems to be that the contacts and calendar entries are "exported" and "imported" per entry using the files and with the version control "git" on your local computer (which is able to merge non-conflicting changes in the entry automatically... and it is easier to install...
