You called someone but did not talk to the person for any reason (not answering, not available etc.). You write a reminder that will pop up on the display the next time you are calling this person or the person is calling you, so you know what you wanted to talk about.

Suggestion: From the recent calls list that appears after the call has been made, long press on the contact name and a context menu appears with options like "call", "send message" and "delete". Add the option "reminder" in the context menu.
