Option to start Android VM only on demand

With update 10 we got the Utilities integrated into System app. Now I can stop the Android VM (alien-dalvik) to save some memory as I run Android apps very seldom.

It seems that when starting an Android app without running Android VM the start takes longer (10-30 seconds). But it works and I can live with that.

I'd like to have an option to not start the Android VM at boot but only on demand if an Android app is started.

And when no Android app is running for a certain time the Android VM should be stopped automatically.
